The Skingrad Outlaws Refuge is an outlaws refuge found beneath Skingrad. From within the city, it can be entered from one of the crypts next to the Great Chapel of Julianos, with a secondary entrance outside the city walls beneath the castle bridge.
A dirt passageway leads from each entrance to the central hub, an ancient Ayleid ruin beneath Skingrad, repurposed into a hive for thieves and other ne'er-do-wells.
