Rufrius Vinicius is an Imperial Warrior present within the Fighters Guild in Anvil. He is the eldest son of the guild's Master, Palagrius Vinicius, and is not shy about stating the fact - apparently stewardship of the Anvil guild has long fallen to members of the Vinicius line. Other members describe Rufrius as a bit wet behind the ears, but it is clear that, while a loving father, Palagrius expects Rufrius to take risks. This dynamic comes to the fore during Growing Up, where Rufrius' mettle is tested at the Ayleid ruin of Salinen - failing or succeeding depending upon your actions.
Rufrius wears a Colovian steel cuirass with matching pauldrons and boots, an expensive shirt with matching pants, and a steel shield. He wields a silver longsword and carries 2 exclusive restore health potions on his person. Like other Imperials, Rufrius possesses the natural ability to charm as well as absorb the fatigue of a target once a day, but otherwise has no other spells.
