The Storm King is one of the nine leaders of the ancient Nede tribes who was killed and enslaved by Virmaril the Betrayer in Skyreach Catacombs. He is found with the other kings in the northernmost room.
He is the second of the Fallen Kings to be fought, and will summon a spectral wamasu and imp to assist him.
