High King Durac is an ancient vampiric Nedic king found inside Skyreach Catacombs. He is part of the Fallen Kings encounter where you will have to defeat him and his council, which consists of the spirits of eight other Nedic kings. When he initiates combat, he resurrects the corpses of the eight other kings as draugr in groups of four at intervals to help in the fight. During combat, he uses eviscerator abilities, as well as the vampire life drain ability.
In life he led the Duraki tribe and was the father of Princess Saradin, who fell in love with his advisor Virmaril. He refused to allow his daughter to marry an elf and instead offered her to Kestic the Forest King, and after Saradin turned down Virmaril's offer to run away, Virmaril had Durac and his council of kings slaughtered.

Skills and AbilitiesEdit
- Quick Strike
- A basic melee attack that does minor physical damage.
- Power Bash
- A spinning shield attack that deals moderate physical damage to the target, while stunning and setting them off-balance. This can be blocked to prevent the crowd control and to stagger High King Durac.
- Block
- High King Durac briefly blocks with his shield, reducing damage taken greatly. Targets who attempt melee heavy attacks on High King Durac while he is blocking will be set off-balance.
- Dark Talons
- High King Durac roots all targets within range with claws that deal minor flame damage. Roll dodge to get out of it.
- Dragonknight Standard
- High King Durac calls down a fiery banner that plants down into the ground, with a large circular AoE, and causes persistent minor flame damage and applies Major Defile.
- Vampiric Drain
- High King Durac channels a Vampiric Drain-like ability, in the form of a red beam linked at the target that deals moderate magic damage over time and heals High King Durac for the damage done.

- He wears a crown identical to that of Jorunn the Skald-King.
