Neldam Heran is a Dark Elf farmer who can be found amongst his guars in Bahrammu. Having proven to be a successful guar breeder, his herd is burgeoning, and he seeks a new buyer for the meat he gathers from them. Neldan will therefore ask you to make enquiries about a possible purchases for his meat in Firewatch.
He wears a common shirt with matching pants and shoes. He carries 2 portions of bread, a jug of shein, a goblet, and 12 gold.
Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.

It gives their meat a certain freshness that you just don't get farther south. So don't take any low offers! Once you make a deal, let me know. Oh, and don't mention this to any of the Telvanni here. Mistress Nira isn't too fond of Imperials. Or other Telvanni. She doesn't want us trading off the island, so let's keep this discreet."
