To join the guild, talk to Anbond in Dragonstar East, or Lorvacah in the Droopy Mare Inn in Karthwasten.

  • The Dragon Heist: Steal the orichalc blade, Tangra, from the Jarl's vault beneath the Dragonstar Castle.
