Lurius Alro is an Imperial Knight and a servant of the Marshal of the Crossroads, Thelius Halgern. He can be found guarding Thelius in Halgern Manor, in Brina Cross, but will beseech you not to bother the Marshal with "trivial matters".
Lurius in truth handles a great deal for the Halgerns, with a number of his quests being focused on alleviating the ancient family's financial problems.
