Orcrest Town Hall Cellar is an old cellar beneath the town hall in Orcrest. In earlier times, it was used as a quarantine area used to house those afflicted by sickness both physical and spiritual. You find the trap door leading inside in the northen part of the city.

During the related quest, High Cantor Viti will ask Zerith-var to come to this place to demonstrate his abilities to purify souls and you and Cantor Krin'ze will accompany them.
