King Hemakar was the Khajiit king of Anequina and the husband of Queen Numara. They were both assassinated by Captain Saulinia during Euraxia Tharn's Frostfall Coup, alongside with most of their children.
They were interred in the crypts below Rimmen Palace only to be exhumed six years later and raised as undead defenders of Euraxia, which affected their surviving daughter Khamira. You will be forced to fight their mummified corpses during the related quest.

- Despite using the eviscerator class, Hemakar doesn't use a shield. He will still use the Shield Bash ability, but won't strike you with any physical weapon during the animation. ?
