Firebrand Keep

Firebrand Keep is a fort in northern Stormhaven. The fort is the main base of the Knights of the Flame, protectors of Alcaire. There is discourse among the knights regarding their most recent orders from their leader, Sir Hughes. The keep also contains the Friendship Gate leading to Wrothgar. Prior to the release of Orsinium, the gate was unnamed and unusable.

A group of bandits has set up camp down the hill from the keep. They have kidnapped several knights and stolen their armor.

The Storm Route Stall

Firebrand Keep Wayshrine is located to the south of the keep, near the road leading into Menevia. The Storm Route Stall, a Guild Kiosk run by Dromash, is on the side of the road.

LayoutEdit

The entrance to the keep lies atop a hill, accessible from the northwest side of the complex. Countless Knights of the Flame and several healers reside within the keep's hardy stone walls.

From the entrance, the stable lies on the right side of the road, and the Great Hall is just across from it. A horse, a chicken, and a cow can be found at the stable. A cat sits atop a large crate inside a locked, rat-infested tower south of the Great Keep. Next to the Great Keep, you'll find a seated area near a target range, where Martinne Silvey sits near another nameless cat.

A mighty stone bridge will carry you over the pass leading to the Friendship Gate. The Garrison lies at the other end of the bridge.

The Great Hall

Great HallEdit

Some knights can be found around the hall. The containers here are all owned. Sir Edmund's Letter and a pile of coins are located on a desk to the left as you enter.

If you stand in the middle of the hall and head left, you'll enter a small room with a single bookshelf. Heading right brings you to two doors: you can head downstairs to the infirmary or up to the battlements. A small kitchen featuring a counter with provisioning ingredients and a knife can be found next to the stairs.

Great Hall BattlementsEdit

There's a horn in the middle of the short walkway immediately in front of the entrance. A few barrels and four weapon racks carrying Breton-style swords and shields are here for you to loot.

The Garrison

Great Hall InfirmaryEdit

Several injured knights are resting on cots here. There are a few trunks for you to steal from.

GarrisonEdit

The containers inside are all owned. More knights reside outside the keep's garrison.

There's a cat sitting on a crate in front of the building while Maxim takes inventory. Three chickens reside in the yard around the north side of the garrison. A cat sits upon a crate in the shed. Several knights are practicing their form nearby, and another takes stock by the poultry. Stephie the Unlucky sleeps beneath a tree here.

Many knights and two healers reside within the building. There's a cat sitting on a large covered crate directly in front of the entrance. Another cat is sitting in front of the cooking fire, which lies north of the entrance. The Garrison Tower is accessible via a door across from the cooking fire.

Another cooking fire is located in the south end of the garrison, across from the southern entrance to the Garrison Tower.

You'll fight Sir Croix within the garrison during the quest Retaking Firebrand Keep.

Garrison TowerEdit

A large horn lies just outside the trapdoor. The garrison's battlements are accessible through the tower. You can cross them to reach the south entrance to the Garrison Tower.
