The Emerald Glyphic Vault is an Elven vault guarded by the Sodality of the Eye. The Sodality are worshippers of Hermaeus Mora and protect the Emerald Glyphic, one of his creations. The Dusksabers, a vampiric mercenary group from the Telvanni Peninsula, have infiltrated the vault and are attempting to seize the glyphic.
