- Earn [1,000 / 100,000 / 1,000,000] gold by selling stolen goods to a Fence.
Black Market Mogul and its preceding achievements are awarded for selling stolen goods to a Fence in any of the Outlaws Refuges. Items can be stolen from containers or out in the open, pickpocketed, looted from safeboxes, found in Thieves Troves, or looted from the corpses of murdered innocents. The largest achievement will allow you to purchase a Faded Fence Banner for your home. It costs 10,000 and can be purchased from any Outlaws Refuge Merchant.

- If you're working towards this achievement and have (or plan to have) access to the Thieves Guild DLC, you might also want to pay attention to Magnanimous Magnate and its sub-achievements. This achievement doesn't care where you fence your goods, but Magnanimous Magnate rewards you for spreading your ill-gotten gains around.
