The Topal Trading Company Offices is located in the Leyawiin Harbour.
The company was founded and is run by three brothers: Arthos, Alexander, and Charles Dumaine. Arthos is in charge of the archives; Charles runs the clerks; and Alexander handles overall control of the company.
The company occupies a large building. The main doors open into a lobby where two guards stand watch. A pair of doors to the right leads to the trading floor, where the clerks work. A smaller office at the back belongs to Charles.
A set of doors opposite the clerks' office leads to the basement, which is full of crates and barrels awaiting shipment. Two side chambers each contain a pair of beds and chests where the company's guards sleep; one chamber also contains a cupboard, while the other contains a wall-mounted weapon rack holding a pair of clubs. A dining table is also provided for the guards.
Stairs from the lobby lead up to the second floor, where the archives and Alexander's office are located. The archives are two connected rooms. Arthos sits at a desk in the main room, which has nothing more than his desk and a cabinet. He holds the key to the locked archives, which is a large, tall room lined on three sides with bookshelves that go from floor to ceiling. The center of the room is dominated by a large round table where visitors can sit and peruse their reading material.
Alexander's office is located across the hall. This is a posh suite of rooms; the door opens into a foyer with a large statue at the end. On one side sits a large meeting room with two sets of furniture grouped for informal discussions; on the other is Alexander's office proper. It is large but surprisingly spare; a huge desk sits facing the doorway on top of a plush rug, and the only other furnishings are a set of drawers against one wall, a bookcase on another, and a chest behind the desk. A smaller room off the office is used for storage; it has two large cupboards and two barrels.
