Marsh's House is a house that belongs to a fugitive Argonian named Marsh; he is currently in hiding on an island in the Niben Bay. Marsh's house is located in the northeastern corner of Leyawiin, next door to Best Goods and Guarantees.
The house is one story, but has several rooms. The door opens into a small foyer; off to one side is a storage area that serves as a pantry - it has a cupboard, shelves, and several containers containing various foodstuffs. Straight ahead is the dining room, which has a large table and two chairs sitting near a large fireplace. A makeshift wall cuts this off from the rest of the house - a living room with a bench and shelf of books; a small table that serves as a writing desk; and a bedroom area. The bedroom has two sets of shelves; one holds several weapons and arrows and a locked chest with gold and gems in it; the other has clothing and bits of leather armor.
