The Hlaalu Embassy is a mansion given over to House Hlaalu to serve as an embassy in Cyrodiil. It is located just outside the castle walls, at the top of a flight of steps leading up from the main street.
The building has two floors, as well as a basement. The ground floor has two spaces that serve as separate offices; one has a writing desk for a clerk, while the other has a large counter and a bench for visitors to sit and wait. Stairs lead to the upper floor, which has two rooms - the first is a dining area, and a door leads to the larger room, which is a private office with three desks and various cabinets to store records. A door here leads out to a balcony overlooking the city below. Another door in the dining area leads to a tower that is used for storage, though the upper floor has a small shrine in it.
The basement is used to house the people who work there. It has two bedrooms and a hallway. The first and smaller room is shared by Boaz and Taerironus, and the second, larger one by Titus and Guy Marcian.
