The Anvil Bay Port Authority, exterior
The Anvil Bay Port Authority is a small building located at the eastern end of Anvil Bay, near the castle. The ground floor has two rooms - one for reception, and one for office workers. The upstairs has a single large room that serves as Petrus' office.
