The Abandoned House is an abandoned building located in the northeast part of Leyawiin, across the street from Betto Plotius' house.

The house consists of one room, which is waist-deep in water (perhaps a reason it was abandoned). Unlike the place next door, there is nothing useful here - even the bed is completely submerged and unusable.
A trapdoor in the far corner of the room leads to the basement, which is fully flooded. There is just one room here, empty except for three crates, a pair of dead rats, two sacks lying on the floor, and a table lying on its side. Those who search carefully can find an unexpected bonus, though: a pair of glass boots and a glass helmet on the floor behind the table. A hole in the wall leads to the adjacent basement, access is blocked by a fallen shelf, but with care the gap can be squeezed through.
