WelcomeEdit
Hello Gage! Welcome to UESPWiki, and thanks for your interest in adding new content to the site.
However, I wanted to point out that the image you've uploaded could be improved in several ways. In particular, it should be converted to a jpeg image because png is a very inefficient format for such large images. It also should be given a name that conforms to our image naming conventions, for example "SR-quest-Cidhna Mine.jpg". If you want more information about images, see the help page at Help:Images.
You may want to take a look at the following links:
- Policies and Guidelines: UESPWiki standards and expectations
- Quick Editing Guide: a quick guide to wiki markup
- Getting Started: how you can help
If you, on the other hand, would like to spice up your userpage, take a look at this link:

When you're editing, it's always a good idea to leave edit summaries to explain the changes you have made to a particular page, and remember to sign your talk page posts with four tildes ~~~~. Also, the "show preview" button is a great way to view the changes you've made so far without actually saving the page (our patrollers really appreciate it!).
Feel free to practice editing in the sandbox or discuss the games in the forums. If you need any help, don't hesitate to contact one of our mentors. Have fun! --NepheleTalk 07:28, 26 November 2011 (UTC)
The perk does not work just fine?Edit
Just look around at the various complaint threads, or the heavy armour talk page on this wiki, or even "buy" the perk for yourself and see.
That is why I put "theoretically less powerful" as if the perk worked, then they would be, but it just plainly does not. JimmyDeSouza 01:23, 27 November 2011 (UTC)
Made a profile just so that I can bitch at you some more! And if you feel like bitching at me you can do it with ease. Seriously though, the perk is broken, so it is worth a mention on the page if we are weighing pros and cons. JimmyDeSouza 01:23, 27 November 2011 (UTC)
- Works just fine for me. --Gage 05:27, 27 November 2011 (UTC)
- If the consensus is that it doesn't work I'm very much willing to fix my mistake, however. Changed back.--Gage 06:01, 27 November 2011 (UTC)
- Take a look at the Heavy Armor talk page on the wiki. It looks like Fists of Steel only adds the gauntlet's base armor rating to the unarmed damage. So, while it does make unarmed attacks more powerful, it's not enough to really be usable. --Fluff 05:59, 1 December 2011 (UTC)
