Ok I have been using this site for my oblivion and morrowind game ever since I got the game. Now I wanted to give info and my thoughts back to the site.

Earlier today I went into a necromancers fort and I found a spell tome and I waned to see if you

the site had found it so I looked and you didn't find it so I wanted to add it to the site but I'm new at it so I don't no now properly.

The spell tome is called "Debilitate Tome" School: illusion Skill: journeyman Range: touch Effect: paralyze, 3 seconds on touch
