Immortal in DRAGON languageEdit
As you can see from the title I was wondering if you know how is IMMORTAL in DRAGON language.
- "Immortal" sounds familiar so I might know the word but I may be confusing "UNSLaaD" or "UNahZaaL" with "immortal" as "unceasing/eternal" is a related but distinct concept. I have been away from this project for over a month (see my status) so I cannot be too certain of anything at this point. If I come across anything in my notes I will post it here. I am less certain from the perspective of dragon psychology that they would have a word for "immortal" since, as Paarthurnax notes, mortality is an inconceivable idea to the immortal dragons. If mortality is inconceivable, it would make sense for dragons to assume immortality and thus only have a word for something that is not immortal.Coronus 22:37, 30 January 2012 (UTC)
HelloEdit
It appears you are exploring the dragon language. I was curious if I could help you expand upon it? I am incredibly interested in the language, it has rekindled ideas of becoming a linguist in me. I also apologize about leaving my grubby mitts all over your talk page. ^^; it was quite the mistake.Chronic 07:03, 22 January 2012 (UTC)
- Hello to you as well. I am currently compiling a list of as many in game examples (and even out of game examples that have Bethesda approval), along with any useful English context, and putting them in my sandbox (I have been very negligent on this account). After I have compiled the list, I intend to go over the given examples to look for translations to unknown words, see if an patterns emerge that indicate grammatical constructions, etc. I have already seen some of these things when I was translating word walls and posted some of it on the Dragon Language discussion page. This inspired me to delve deeper which is why I am engaging in a more comprehensive review of the language for fun. Having as many points of view as possible always helps a project of this nature so feel free to help or comment as much as you like in my sandbox (but try not to leave too many "hellos" in there ;) ). While it would be nice if we could find something worthy of addition to the appropriate lore pages, I doubt this project will produce anything definite enough to meet the professionalism of this wiki so it is mainly for the personal enrichment of one's Elder Scrolls/linguistic experience. I do plan on leaving the sandbox up when it is complete and leaving a link to it from the dragon language discussion page so that any aspiring dragonists can use it as a resource if they want to go beyond the sourced material.Coronus 22:25, 30 January 2012 (UTC)

Autopatrolled UserEdit
You've been doing an awesome job lately. I nominated you for the Autopatrolled Users user group. You can comment on your nomination, but you can't vote (duh). Just thought I should let you know, should you be interested in following the nomination. • JATalk 05:17, 10 April 2012 (UTC)
- Your comment about yourself shows great awareness, and it's something I wish upon more editors on this site. While I don't believe you are ready to be autopatrolled, you definitely show promise. Images are something we always need help on, so keep up the good work there, and you'll be ready here soon. elliot (talk) 06:16, 10 April 2012 (UTC)
