Your task today is to retrieve the Torc of Volsung, a necessary component for our ritual which will make the swarms of Falmer our servants and soldiers, who will turn the tide of our struggle.

Despite the loss of Fyrayn at Chillwind Depths, we still have the samples of elven blood. Now you have to scour Haafingar and find the temple of Volsung. When you find it and recover the Torc, meet with Kafira who is busy in Hjaalmarch. Your letter contains an encrypted message. Kafira has the key.
