Today you receive the task of finding the Fanged Circlet of Vokun, which we're going to need for our ritual. The artifacts of the Dragon Priests, together with Elven blood, will produce a ritual so powerful that it shall bend the will of the feral Falmer, turning them into our infinitely obedient soldiers.

I've received word that Fyrayn died at Chillwind Depths. He will be missed, but he completed his mission by delivering the blood. Now it's all up to you and Ebhraidh. The letter I sent him contains a message encrypted with modular addition. Your letter contains the key. After you find the temple of Vokun in Hjaalmarch and recover the Circlet, meet with him and decode the message. It will tell you where to go to assist in final preparations.

And whatever you do, leave Vokun's mask alone. If he wakes up, he can thwart our plans. The Circlet is our goal.
