Since around 2003 I've done just about everything that seems possible in Morrowind, Tribunal, Bloodmoon, Oblivion, Shivering Isles, and am creeping through Skyrim slowly, when I have time.
I still like the older stuff better... imo, Tribunal is the best, despite the relatively small area of Mournhold - it seems to be the most genuine RPG from any developer. The lore, architecture of the city, and game plot are very well done with alot of replay value. I'll happily pass on the voiceovers of today, for the complex faction relations in Morrowind. How they compressed all that into one CD-ROM, still amazes me.
Someday I hope to try an older installment, if I work up the patience for DOSBox or a setting up a virtual machine. For now, I just await a good mod to try to eliminate the levelled weapon/gear/economy of Skyrim. My enemy is PC+1? Then what did I spend all those hours working toward?!
Nonetheless, I try to contribute anything I think I can add to UESP. Looking to improve this profile page when done shipping General Tellius back to the Imperial City so the Nords can have their land backĀ :)
