Lord Geogorath a mysterious fellow coming from the Shivering Isles in New Sheoth. After Sheogorath Geogorath took the control and ruled the Shivering Isles until today who he still is an powerful face in the Shivering Isles. Lord Geogorath's name is actually unknown. Geogorath's name is an false one to make him become a powerful character in the Isles. In the fourth age he realises that his predessor made such stupidity to open a gate in Cyrodiil but later Geogorath will regret what he told and accept that this gate changed his life. He is the Hero's close friend and admits that the Hero is greater than him. But later he will realise that he was once one with the Hero. The Hero who could not have two personalities as Lord Sheogorath gave life and body to his alter ego Geogorath. The Hero was his true parent. After realising that he is a brother to the Gatekeeper whom he much loves he is relaxed. Lord Geogorath loves the Isles and never wants to leave the place altough his businesses make him to leave. Geogorath is a great artist, also good mentor and future patroller (as he hopes).
Tiberius Stormrider(in honour of the user): The Imperial who brought hell in Tamriel while brought peace and prosperity. He works in three personalities the Listener, the Gray Fox, the main hero. Leads all the guilds and is member of all the playable factions. He is a born Imperial Knight and Tower. he has abilities seen in none yet of the characters of Oblivion.
