Uvisea Athin is a self-confessed witch who has lately run afoul of her own paralysis spell. She is encountered sans much in the way of clothing, as her former bodyguard, Fjorrod, has made off with it to teach her a lesson.
While not rich, she will reward you for the return of her clothes by teaching you about Alteration magic.
