The Reckless Maiden, at Helnim Docks
The Reckless Maiden is an adventurer's ship, moored in the harbor of Helnim.
The hull of the ship is locked but the cabin is not, so you can visit it easily. The cabin is where Sjorvan the Wastrel is living and where the spell book On the Move can be found. The ship's hull is unoccupied and it would make a perfect choice for a home. It has hammocks, plenty of storage space, a nice layout and the spell book Like in the Deal. All the items in the hull aren't owned by anyone, so you are free to take them. Even more awesome is, if you manage to unlock the Lower Level, there is a chest with Orcish armor at the other end of the deck.
