Telaras Medrevan is a Dark Elf warlock and Spellwright of House Telvanni who can be found in the inner sanctum of the catacombs beneath Ranyon-ruhn. He is an agent of Mistress Rathra, who is trying to undermine Master Mithras' position on the Telvanni Council. He is the mastermind behind the theft of ebony from the Ranyon-ruhn mine, with some help from Azariah Thelas.
For armor, he wears a Devil Cephalopod Helm, a Telvanni mole crab cuirass, and a pair of Telvanni mole crab pauldrons. For clothing, he wears an extravagant robe with matching shoes. He wields an adamantium dagger, and carries a Scroll of Elemental Burst: Shock, a Scroll of The Black Storm, 4 leveled soul gems, a leveled Daedric weapon, a piece of leveled clutter, 2 leveled gems, and the Catacombs Chamber Key.
