Ra'Sathre is an Ohmes-raht Khajiit and a traveling jeweler who has journeyed all across Tamriel. He can be found in Teyn, in Morrowind, and has recently been mugged for his wares on a journey from Omaynis. While not too concerned about much of his lost stock, he will request that you retrieve one particularly special item for him - the Ring of Euphoria. He intends to give this ring to his wife, Kemjirra.
After the events of The Ring of Euphoria, Ra'Sathre and his wife will express a desire to move out of Morrowind, quite quickly. He will however reward you for your trouble, and recommend you to his friend, Anjzhirra, in Old Ebonheart.
