Jo'Agghu is a traveling Khajiit scholar and bookseller currently visiting the Imperial bastion of Fort Ancylis, in Roth Roryn, along with his guar, Dro'Zel. He has taken a particular interest in the heraldry used in the fort - specifically the 'four-thousand year old' (according to him) icon of a double-headed eagle once used by ancient Nords. He'll ask you to investigate, with the intention of including your findings within his next book.
