Kainat is a tiny island cave off the coast of Roth Roryn.
To get here, leave Teyn on the road going west, and strike out south towards the sea on reaching the second T-junction. Kainat lies on an island in the cove. The cave chamber contains two occupants - the hostile Hlerans. Given their extremely low level, it is likely to be a quick fight.
