Quick WalkthroughEdit

1. Speak to Francine Aldard at Akamora's Guild of Mages.
2. Travel to Necrom and speak to Bradys Hlaalo in the Chamber of Parting, in the northwest of the walled city.
3. Return to Francine Aldard with Bradys' message to complete the quest.

10		Francine Aldard wants to investigate energies that are created in places used for magical incantation. While she is going to visit an expert on this subject in Alt Bosara, she wants me to ask representatives of the Temple in Necrom for permission to visit the bonewalker smithies and measure residual energies there.
20		I relayed Francine's request to Bradys Hlaalo in Necrom. He penned a letter which he asked me to deliver to Francine. While staying polite, he rejected her request offhand. Obviously he will not allow her to take her measurements.
100	Finishes quest	I returned to Francine with Bradys Hlaalo's reply, but she was too startled to receive it: on her way to Alt Bosara she had been arrested at Fort Windmoth. She was able to escape the prison with a teleportation spell, but she has no clue why she got arrested.
