Esuranamit is a shrine to the Daedra Prince Sheogorath located in the Mephalan Vales.
To reach the ruin, exit Tahvel to the south and straight away leave the road and take a left up the hill. At the top of the hill, take a left again under the big arch, and take a right as soon as the rocks allow it, and head south, where you will find the entrance to the ruin, down under the cliff.
