Dilave Ralvani is a Dark Elf assassin and White Thrall of the Morag Tong who has been sent to kill Ilen Midaan. She will not stand for anybody getting between her and her target.
She only appears during the events of her related quest 'Kill or Be Killed'. If you lie to her about Ilen Midaan's location, she will appear later outside Midaan Manor to confront you.
For protection, she wears a Morag Tong helm, a netch leather cuirass, a pair of netch leather boots, and a pair of cloth bracers. For clothing, she wears a common shirt and a pair of common pants. She wields a Steel Spider Blade and carries an Honorable Writ of Execution.
Aside from her natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by her ancestors, she knows no spells.
