In the 23.10 release in late 2023, Mok gro-Uulnag's axe was removed from the tree, and placed on a rock just north of his position. You still need to pass a 50+ Strength check to pick it up however. A December hotfix resolved the issue.
The following Journal ID and Index codes can be used with the Journalconsole command to manually update the quest to a certain point.
