- The Smithing Expertise enchantment restores damage to your Smithing skill rather than enhancing it.
The Unofficial Skyrim Patch, version 2.0.0, addresses this issue. However, version 1.3.3 prevents the pickaxe from being disenchanted, meaning the enchantment only exists on the now-unique pickaxe.
