Skjol the Tongueless is a hostile Nord warrior. He is a mute due to his lack of a tongue. He is also the author of Skjol's Journal and is responsible for the murder of an innocent Skaal villager. He has fled to an unnamed island northeast of Northshore Landing in search of stalhrim, and you will need to kill him during the related quest in order to claim a set of Stalhrim Fur armor located within a sarcophagus on the island.
Skjol wears a full set of scaled armor with matching helmet, boots, and bracers. In combat he wields a fearsome Stalhrim Battleaxe of Freezing.
