- The Atronach Stone provides 50 pts additional magicka (among other effects)
- The Highborn ability gives Altmer 50 pts additional magicka
NotesEdit
- Similar to how the Fortify Health enchantment works with followers, Fortify Magicka works in the same way: spellcasting followers will use up their native pool first, then begin to use the fortified amount next. When you drink a Fortify Magicka potion or equip an item enchanted with the effect, it is added to your overall pool (such as having 100 magicka and wearing a ring which adds 20 = 120 magicka).
BugsEdit
- In the Italian language version, some Alchemical components have the property of "fortifica Magicka" and others "fortifica magicka". Two components with different spellings of the effect cannot be combined. ?
- Fortify Magicka increases not only the maximum magicka, but also the current magicka by the same amount. As a result, players can acquire infinite magicka by repeatedly equipping and unequipping an item enchanted with fortify magicka. For example, equipping a Novice Hood, casting a 30-magicka spell, then unequipping and re-equipping the hood, resetting the player's magicka supply to 30. ?
