Conjure Tomb Guardian is an Adept level Conjuration spell added by the Necromantic Grimoire Creation.
The Tomb Guardian uses the same dialogue as some varieties of Ghost, specifically the lines used by Companion Ghosts and Nightingale Sentinels.
