The three ghosts seem to have been designed to play a role in the Ghosts of the Hill of Suicides quest before they were replaced by Gadeneri Ralvel, Limark, Lorenz Bog-Trotter, M'desi, and Salonia Viria. The editor ids of the ghosts are SEHillOfSuicidesGhost01, 02 and 03, plus they each have a script called SEHillOfSuicidesGhostScript. Whatever their original purpose, none of the three now appears in the game. Like the other ghosts, these ones spend all their time wandering around their start location.
Each ghost wears three items of random clothing in the typical Dementia style. They all have the standard Heretic spells and abilities.
