Berfall Cavern is a goblin cave located on the southwestern edge of the Darvacriag Mesa in the Druadach Highlands. The cave was recently unsuccessfully raided by a group of Reachmen and the aftermath of the event can be seen within. The bodies of both goblins and Reachmen can be found littered throughout the cave. In the chieftain's throne room, the staff Camurnihae can be recovered from a dead Reachman woman and an aquamarine gemstone can be found on the chieftain's throne.
