The Zenithar's Abbey Group Event is awarded for defeating Ra'back the Trap Master in Zenithar's Abbey group event encounter. Defeating this boss also grants a Skill Point. The boss arena is located in Black Market, entrance to which can be found in southwestern end of Bazaar.
