What Must Be Done is awarded during the main quest in the Summerset chapter. The only quest you will need to complete is The Crystal Tower. Earning this achievement will allow you to purchase the Crystal Tower Key, Replica (page) for your house. It costs 150,000 and can be purchased from Tarmimn in Alinor.
