The Western Skyrim Docks is the waterfront outside Solitude. A copy of Scandals of Solitude's Royalty can be found on a crate under the stone arch behind the warehouse, next to Chana-Waska. Wiljar's Farm can be found west of the docks.

Wiljar's FarmEdit
The farm is located west of the docks. Goats and chickens live here, as well as six horses, which are in the stable. Hleetulm is praying near the stable, Wiljar is tilling the soil in front of his house, and Teldundindwe is tending to some crates near a chicken coop.
