Undugar is an Orc gatherer who can be found in Fell's Run. You'll find him standing on the bridge just south of town.

Prior to starting Frightened Folk, he'll tell you:
- "Do you think the mayor fired Agazu because she's an Orc? I do. And if that's where this town is headed, I'll be headed to another town."
After completing Frightened Folk, he'll have this to say:
- "I thought the mayor had fired Agazu because she was an Orc. Sad as all this was, I'm glad to learn that's not the case."
