Two Notched Hilts is an armory located on the central trading plaza of Arenthia. It is a Khajiit-style stilted shack housing a weaponsmith and a woodworker. The shop contains several storage containers, including a desk, an urn, a couple of barrels, crates and sacks, all of them are owned. Loose pieces of leveled weaponry scattered around the shop are owned as well. There can be a safebox at the back wall.
A book, Thibaut's Cairn and its History, found on one of the worktables, adds the Thibaut's Cairn map marker.
