The Kurgando is a yaghra monstrosity that can be found under a staircase in the northeast corner of Tor-Hame-Khard. It serves as the boss of the delve. It uses many of the usual yaghra monstrosity attacks, some of which are telegraphed with circles on the floor under your feet.
