Teltyraz is a Xivkyn merchant found doing business at his stall in The Bazaar. He is a contact of Divayth Fyr and sold him a sundial. When not being spoken to, he will wave his hands and look around, beckoning customers to his stall filled with many factotum parts. He is only found during the related quest.

When you first meet see him, he is talking to Divayth:
- Divayth Fyr: "So, it's carved in the shape of a sundial? Clever."
- Teltyraz: "That is so, yes. When the spell takes shape, the Magnus sigil will glow. Simple."
If you prefer to grovel, she'll say:
- "A customer approaches. Is it swordkin to this Elf, Divayth Fyr? If so, my condolences. The Elf is a boor and a skinflint."
- What's that you sold to Divayth?
- "It asks me to betray the laws of commerce. Typical.
A sale is a covenant between merchant and patron. If it wishes to learn the particulars, it should ask Divayth. That is my final word." - Goodbye.
Once you've spoken with Divayth, you can talk to him again:
- "So, it travels to the Shambles now, yes? It should take heed—that is a place without law or decorum. A pit for wastrels and curs.
It has been warned."
When the Hexos Vault is reached, Teltyraz disappears from the game.
