The Storm Lair is an Ayleid ruin in eastern Craglorn, northwest of the Elinhir Wayshrine.
The first chamber contains a trio of lightning imps. The second chamber is down another another set of stairs; Zymel Mirapharrus can be found here during the related quest, and will summon additional lightning imps.
Dead members of the Blackcaster Mages Guild can be seen inside.
