Sivash is a Redguard smith who can be found in Satakalaam. Before the Imperials are driven off, he can be found on the roof of a warehouse in the eastern portion of the city. He can be found just inside the city walls to the south between the abandoned house and the guard tower, with his friend, Jahan.
