Silt Hoppers are found at Ashurnabitashpi. There is also one outside the Egg Mine Barracks near Gnisis, and one in Ald Isra. They are used by Ashlanders as beasts of burden.

• Silt Hoppers have built-in rider features in-game and two mounts were found in the game files following the release of Morrowind, one with a hanging lantern and one without. The use of Silt Hoppers as mounts appears to have since been abandoned.
